Winemaking and wine growing

In territory of Big Alushty some economy of world famous firm "¦рёёрэфЁр".

These are state farms-factories "КртЁшфр" "+ыѕ°=р" "¦рыюЁхёхэёъшщ" and "¤Ёштх=эхэёъшщ". They are famous for the vineyards where grow up Chaush, Shabash, Shasla, Tajfi pink and other fine table grades of grapes. Technical grades of grapes go for manufacturing more than 20 kinds of the glorified Crimean muscats, ports, a sherry and madery.

Certainly, it is necessary to try table red "+ыѕ°=р". This high-quality branded table wine from grapes grades: Cabernet (the grade became very known after Chernobyl failure as perfectly deducing radionuklidy), Saperavi, Morastel growing in the Alushtinsky valley and by a flat part of spurs of Crimean mountains - Chatyr-Dag and Demerdzhi. This area is especially favorable for reception of red wines. Vintage for processing is made at sugar content of 18-22%. Wine is maintained in oak flanks 2 years.

Wine of dark red colour. A bouquet difficult with morocco tones which gives fault Cabernet grade. Taste soft, with pleasant acidity, differs a subtlety and a piquancy. Well under meat dishes. Under its plentiful snack it is possible to drink much enough, even in a heat. All the others massandrovskie wines are good only in very small doses and only under cheese, fruit, nutlets.

Portvej red "¦рыюЁхёхэёъшщ" quite corresponds simple (and places wild) to style of rest in the east of Alushty. A bit tart, strong enough, fragrant and any nourishing wine is well drunk by small drinks under slow night conversation in the good company.

Between Aju-Dagom and mountain Kastel elite vineyards of state farm "КртЁшфр" are located;. They give the most valuable grades of grapes from which prepare the well-known white, pink and black Muscats, for Aleatiko, Pino-gri, ports.

As an example of elite wine we will present Aleatiko Aju-Dag - branded sweet wine, it is developed only by the association enterprises "¦рёёрэфЁр" from grade grapes "+ыхр=шъю".

Vintage is made at sugar content not less than 24%.
Wine "+ыхр=шъю +¦--ру" - dark red colour, has incorporated hotter South breath, with a thin, gentle, original bouquet. Taste soft, velvety With scale of shades: cocoa, prunes, chocolate.
Endurance term in oak container - 2 years.

Standards of wine:

• a volume fraction of ethyl spirit: 16,0% about.;
• mass concentration of sugars: 18,0 g/100 cubic see;
• mass concentration titruemyh acids: 4-7 of dm.

Wine is developed since 1892. Has set of gold medals of the international competitions.
